New all terrain tender/recovery truck

Recovair have recently commissioned the bespoke Mercedes Benz Unimog the first and only one of its kind to be custom built specifically for aviation recovery.

John Dennis, the specialist fire services coachbuilders, are constructing the rear equipment carrying box body which will sit behind the UNIMOG's powerful hydraulic crane.

Although not yet in full commission, the UNIMOG has already seen use at a recent light aircraft recovery in the South of England.
