Emergency Contact Procedures

Please have the following ready BEFORE you cantact the response team:

  1. The response you require
  2. Your name and current contact number
  3. Make and model of aircraft
  4. Registration number of aircraft
  5. Condition of aircraft
  6. Location of aircraft
  7. Details of access point for response team

Then call the Emergency Pager Number:

07659 141 554

Give your name and contact telephone number to the operator.

If you receive no response within 6 minutes, call 07990 585 593 and give your details to the Station Manager.

It may be necessary to contact you en-route, so please ensure that the contact number you have given us is staffed.

If access is via an emergency gate or third party property, ensure it is either unlocked or manned.
